We can also help you if you are frustrated with your loan modification or are interested in a loan modification. We do charge for loan modifications but only if we successfully get you into a modification – if not then you don’t pay a thing. That is the current law in California so if anyone tries to charge you upfront you should not do it!

When a short sale is the least damaging option then we can keep it in house, help with the short sale and our client pays nothing. The bank or the buyer pays all the costs. We take pride in helping homeowners through this very painful situation. Most times we can help our clients avoid a bankruptcy which gets them back on the path to recovery much faster with less damage to the credit report. If a bankruptcy is necessary we can handle that as well. We do however have to charge for our Bankruptcy services.
